Under Article 11E of the Cyprus VAT Law, certain electronics sold to a VAT-registered business are invoiced without VAT. Instead of paying the 19% to us, your business declares it in its own VAT return (reverse charge).
Covered products carry the “0% VAT · Art. 11E” label while Business customer is switched on.
Accessories, monitors, desktops, networking and every other product; delivery charges; second-hand items sold under the VAT margin scheme.
The reverse charge only applies to businesses registered for VAT in the Republic of Cyprus buying for business purposes. If your number cannot be verified, the order is charged with VAT as normal.
