14-day right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you bought as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period ends 14 days after the day you, or a person you name other than the carrier, receive the goods.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement before the period ends, for example by email to [to be completed], giving your name, order number and the products you are returning. You may use the model form below but do not have to.

Sending the goods back

Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you withdraw. You bear the direct cost of returning them. Return address:

Please return products complete, with all accessories and packaging. You may handle a product as you would in a shop to see what it is and that it works. If it has been used beyond that, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.

Refund

We refund everything you paid for the returned goods, including the standard delivery charge for the original order, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may wait until we have the goods back or you have shown that you sent them. The refund goes to the card you paid with.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• sealed software, games or audio/video recordings once unsealed;
• sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed (for example in-ear headphones);
• goods made to your specification;
• digital content supplied immediately with your consent.

Business customers

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers only. Purchases made by a business, including those invoiced under Article 11E, cannot be withdrawn from, but the guarantee below applies.

Faulty or wrong products

If a product arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, write to [to be completed] with your order number and, if possible, photographs. We will arrange collection at our cost and repair or replace it, or refund you where repair or replacement is not possible. Your guarantee rights are described in our terms and conditions.
