We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Who receives it
Only the companies we need to complete your order, each acting on our instructions or as an independent controller for their own service:
- Revolut – card payments
- ACS Courier and BOX NOW – delivery (name, phone, address or locker)
- Intuit QuickBooks – invoicing and accounting
- European Commission (VIES) – validity check of a VAT number you provide; only the number is sent
- Our hosting and email providers
Our suppliers receive the products to source, never your personal data.
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, this is done under the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for at least six years, as tax law requires. Abandoned baskets are deleted after 60 days. Technical logs are kept for up to 30 days.
Your rights
You may ask us for access to your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to [to be completed]; we answer within one month. Some data must be kept to meet legal obligations (for example invoices).
