We deliver throughout the Republic of Cyprus.
Delivery options

| ACS courier to your door | Delivered to the address you give. The courier calls or texts before delivery. |
| ACS pickup point | Collect from the ACS branch or locker you choose at checkout. |
| BOX NOW locker | Collect any time, day or night, from the locker you choose. You receive a code by SMS and email. |
The charge for each option is shown at checkout before you pay.
When will it arrive?
Each product page shows an estimated delivery time. Products we hold in stock are dispatched on the next working day. Products sourced from our suppliers usually need a few extra working days; the estimate on the page already includes that. If an order contains several products, it is sent when all of them are ready.
Estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. If we expect a delay we will tell you, and you may cancel for a full refund.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched we email you the tracking number. You can also follow it from your order page.
On delivery
Please check the parcel when you receive it. If the packaging is visibly damaged, note it with the courier and tell us within 48 hours at [to be completed], with photographs if possible.
Parcels not collected from a pickup point or locker within the carrier's holding period are returned to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may carry a further charge, or a refund of the goods.
