Questions
When does Black Friday start and end?
From 27 November, 00:00 to 30 November, 23:59, Cyprus time. Prices change automatically at the start and go back at the end.
Are the discounts real?
Yes. The crossed-out price is always our own lowest price in the 30 days before the offer, as EU law requires, so the saving you see is the saving you get.
What if a product sells out?
Offers are valid while stocks last. Stock is updated continuously; if something you paid for turns out to be unavailable, we tell you straight away and refund you in full.
Can I return a Black Friday purchase?
Yes. As a consumer you have 14 days to change your mind, exactly as on any other day, and the legal guarantee applies in full.
Do I need an account?
No. You can order as a guest. With an account you can follow your orders and check out faster.

The crossed-out price is our lowest price in the 30 days before the offer; "RRP" is the maker's or importer's recommended retail price, not a previous price of ours.
